I went to pick up my auto from Fiesta Storage on 3/22. I went into the office and it was obvious that most all who entered apparently smoked. The smell was so awful until I said to Tammy, the office person, "I can hardly breathe. There's so much smoke in here, I can hardly talk." The slammed her hand down on her desk real hard saying loudly "This is MY office." She repeated it several times. After saying that, my husband got an attitude and went outside. She gave me back my money saying, "here, take your money and go outside with your husband." — basically telling me to get out of her office. I am a professional business owner and I went to do business with Fiesta Auto Storage. Tammy was mean, rude, and very unprofessional. This company is definitely in noncompliance with the No-Smoking Ordinance and should be reprimanded. Tammy should be fired. After my husband and I went outside, and my husband told her off, she and the other lady in the office, both of which had the appearance of alcoholics and crack heads, started stepping outside of the office to smoke. We spoke with the gentleman who runs Fiesta Auto Body and Paint Shop who was very, very nice and very very professional who concurred that he told Tammy many times to stop smoking in the office. He was very nice and he was the one who eventually assisted us with doing Tammy's job. He took my money to get the vehicle and gave me the receipt. Tammy's behavior is definately unacceptable as an employee of anybody's business. Even her demeanor is enough to make others go somewhere else to do business.
