I ordered a television from Fry's via telephone. It has been 1 month and my order does not show up at all. I have talked to several customer reps and same answer. My check has cleared my bank over 2 1/2 weeks ago and they still will NOT ship the order. I would like to get my money back and forget FRY'S ever existed! They even had the nerve to ask for a credit card number even after my check had cleared my bank. Looks like I will have to sue for my money and for attorney fees.
