On black friday I bought a hoodie ticket #601627431, a hole was found in the hoodie, I took it back to the store #30617 Concord, DE-HCo 4737 Concord Pike Wilmington DE 19803 (302) 479-3925 to exchange it on 12/3/10. I did not pick the exact same hoodie for the exchange yet it was the exact same price, ticket#601625276. The cashier #01531965 refused to give the black friday 30% discount and I was charged full price. Why when the original hoodie was returned because of a defect in the material. Why must the return be the exact same shouldn't I be given a choice for my inconvenience? Why does this store go by type of clothing instead of price for an equal exchange?
