Not satisfied with the lack of customer service and genuine care for there customers. After a client of mine repeatedly sent her TOSHIBA laptop computer in for repairs, days after purchase (by the way there is a fourteen day return policy), of course her days were used up in repair, they did not even offer her a new computer, she took them at their word they would fix the problem. Well ten repairs later, the computer is not a year old, they want her to have the computer sent back out, AGAIN. To understand the problem here, one must know she is 75 years of age and they have mistreated the entire situation. It is being handled so poorly by a young staff that lack the basics of customer service. One person after the other repeating the same thing. Toshiba takes not responsibility, and Best buys takes not responsibility for what appears to be a LEMON of a computer. They are both pointing fingers, and not one person is doing the right thing to handle what is a common problem among retailers. They don't have a problem taking your money, but they have all the answers on why they can not take back this non working crappy computer. To put some through so many changes is unacceptable, and wrong. There are more employees than customers in that store. That should tell you something. There was not one person who was able to do the right thing! The store manager informed us, if he were to take the computer back, he would loose his job. How about that.
