He ignored my follow up calls and finally responded via email: "Very Sorry to inform you that our client cancelled these promos one week ago due to merger talks progressing. Please inform your referrals as well. So sorry!" That is his M.O. Here is his phone number: (925) 785 - 5598. The only way to get this guy to stop is to file a police report with your local agency. If you are still unsure, once I called him twice in the same day and he changed his name each time!
