Nationwide Cyber Systems
Ripoff con artists deliver with shady tactics and broken promises. Beware

To The Director of Nationwide Cyber Systems:

I write regarding the kiosk that I was bamboozled into purchasing from your
unscrupulous company. Please, consider this letter my official notification to
you that I intend to return the kiosk to NCS for a full refund. I take this
action based on the fact that NCS sold me this kiosk through the deliberate use
of false and misleading statements, designed specifically to deceive its
customers — in other words, through FRAUD.

Some of the lies I was treated to are included in the following partial list:

1.) The vending machines are already enjoying huge success on a large scale.

2.) The vending machines are averaging one to two thousand dollars per month.

3.) One kiosk owner is earning 28 hundred dollars a month, and is planning to
buy himself a Hummer. (from a so called reference)

4.) NCS will provide expert assistance and support to place your kiosk in the
most profitable location.

5.) NCS will deliver the kiosk to your location or business. (it was delivered to my house)

6.) Your cost will amount to only thirty dollars a month.

7.) NCS will take care of the hookup at your location.

8.) NCS will obtain national advertisers from whom you will receive a tidy
sum of money.

9.) NCS will relocate unprofitable machines FOR LIFE.

All lies!

The truth is that my kiosk was delivered to my home about 45 days after I
purchased it. It arrived without previous notice or communication of any kind.
Obviously, NCS had no intention of fulfilling even the rudimentary first steps
of their promises to support and locate the kiosk. My girlfriend signed
for it, unfortunately, or I would have refused it in such circumstances.
After that, it sat in my garage for a couple of months, taking up space, while I
busted my butt to make payments on a worthless piece of junk, marketed and
peddled by scam artists.

NCS never provided any support for locating my kiosk. I was helped (not
at all) by a fast talking con artist named Joe, who strung me
along with b.S., until I was told he had been fired. No assistance from NCS
ever materialized. The Locating Department at NCS was a worthless pretext
that amounted to nothing but window dressing to cover FRAUD. Calls were not
returned. So... I did my own research, weeks and weeks of searching out
locations, unaided, in an effort to make the kiosk pay at least enough to keep it from
being a total loss. I could have saved my efforts.

I finally got a location at a Sleep Inn. NCS had assured me that they would
cover installation and hookup costs and my only cost would be thirty dollars a
month for DSL, and, of course, that I would be collecting substantial money
weekly.in reality, I had to pay $500 dollars for the hookup, plus $100 dollars
a month. I absorbed this expense, one I could ill afford, to experience the
supreme thrill of earning the amazing grand total of FOURTEEN DOLLARS produced
by the kiosk, which is now in my basement.

Having been recently laid off work, I will now concentrate ALL my time and
effort to collect full reimbursement for the money NCS has swindled from me. I
am in contact with others who have been fleeced by NCS as well. We are a
justly angry lot, and we are not going to sit idly by and allow you to run your
despicable racket with impunity. Defrauding people is a crime. There is
strength in numbers, and a class action suit is only one of the options in the works.
Jail time for the crooks at NCS would be a far more satisfying outcome, and
we will bend every effort to bring that result to fruition.

I have written to the BBB, and the FTC. Otherwise, these are only the first
steps toward gaining a measure of justice. I am in the process of contacting
various other agencies and organizations, as well as Dateline, 60 Minutes, Dept
of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs, the Attorney General of MN, the Attorney
General of FL, Gov. Jeb Bush, Gov. Tim Pawlenty, Channel 7 News - Help Me
Howard, and USA Today, (already interested in pursuing the story). I will search
out every legal avenue available to me, and I will work with the many others
who have been victimized by the charlatans who own and run NCS. Believe it!

Be informed that we are also aware of some of the names of your other scam
outfits: TeleKing, DCOA, Intelecall, AmeriPOS — all owned and/or operated or affiliated by the same
swindlers, and all under investigation.

Your only hope of avoiding legal action, public exposure, financial ruin and
criminal charges is to make amends for your fraudulent business practices with
full restitution immediately. I'm fresh out of patience and in no mood for
more delays. Contact me no later than 1-30-04, or I will proceed to seek
satisfaction without addressing you further in this matter. I await your
expeditious reply.

Very sincerely,

C/c to: Dateline, 60 Minutes, Dept of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs, the
Attorney General of MN, the Attorney General of FL, Gov. Jeb Bush, Gov. Tim
Pawlenty, Channel 7 News - Help Me Howard, USA Today.
