I was sold on a package of phone, DSL and TV for $99.99/month. They didn't tell us of all the extra charges. We discovered them on our first bill. So, this $99.99/month is actually $145.45 and when I called to see how I could reduce future bills I was told there is nothing that can be cut from our bundle to lower our fees. I had been told by several people not to go with Time Warner. They had used them and eventually switched to another service.
