On the 27th January i had a confirmed purchase for a toploader GE washer for ther value of 437 dollars. I was initially given a delivery date of between 11th and 16th February. Since then i have been given nothing but excuses, excuses one after the other as to why the the washer was delivered to the delivery address, last thursday i was again promised it would be delivered yesterday monday 7th, today 8th i call and was told it was still not delivered from the manafacture and it will take another two weeks, i told them this was unacceptable and would be seeking advice. Please can you tell me what are my rights and what can i do to get what i paid for.
