Ripoff, Badcheck, Bounced check

This Lady has two last names the ssi check she collects has a different last name on it even so she was able to open a bank account in town under this last name. She said she is heading back to California, sacramento, Mariposa or New Mexico but this lady you better hold some of her belongings untill the check cleares or I pay you later promises. She has not made any attempt to make good on the check the check was written 12-28-03 and I belive she has been touring the area passing small ammount bad checks for years and getting away with it. If you are a Motel Owner look out!
