National Payment Services, Australia Office of Internal Services, National Payment Services They try to make my father send them money to have a chance at $20,000.000.00. I know it is a Rip-off because you never send money to get money

My father recieves these kinds of letters all the time. And I tell him not to send money to get money. On top of the letter head it has: Summons and Notification. This is tries to make the letter look intimidating or official. It is not just letters from Australia that come in the mail, but also they come from Hong Kong, Thailand, Gibraltar, and Las Vegas. If it looks to good to be true, than it proabably is a rip-off.
