Horrible Customer Service

Bought a bedroom set and dresser on Sunday, was told product would deliver Thursday. Took a vacation day so i could receive it. On Tuesday at 2;30 i received a call from Conn's saying they needed directions to my home, drivers were in route i explained my delivery is Thuirsday was told no problem, we will reschedule. On Thursday morning I called after not hearing from them to see around what time would deliver. Guess what, I am not on delivery schedule, merchandise not in stock. What do you mean I ask, you were going to deliver it on Tuesday-must be there. Conn's says to me "well, since you refused the first delivery attempt, we filled another order so now there is no merchandise in stock. WTF, they gave my stuff away because they made an error on delivery days. Went back to store on Sunday after purchasing my mattress elsewhere to change order and only get bedroom set. OK, I am told will deliver Wednesday. Guess what, no delivery again, the merchandise did not come in and we don't know when it will. How can you sell something, advertise it for a whole month as Anniversary special, and not have any and no idea when coming in? Why do your sales people TELL customers it IS coming in?

Conn's sucks.

Today I purchased a bedroom set at JC Penny, can't wait until Conn's get my merchandise in and tries to deliver, going to tell them Oh yeah, I forgot I bought other furniture!
