THE worst company in all aspects: costomer service, delivery, products are expensive for broken crap - delivery and product quality

I purchased living room furniture in May It came broken and I had to take time off work to have it delivered again. September I went back there to purchase 2000 more in bedroom furniture and Tv.

Delivery day was 2 weeks after purchase everything i bought came broken including my surround sound and both tv's. I waited another week and it came broken again. Some stuff i was told to pick up some stuff was delivered and they put up a fuss about refunding me the 80 dollars for delivery I return it for a 3rd time and again it comes back broken now forth time i am sending my surround sound back and have to wait until the end of this month for another one!!! These guys are a rip off extremely rude and could care less about there customers It is now November 11th and i still dont have my stuff I purchased and working properly
I have spent numourous days at home loosing work hours and time on the phone and not one person has even made the slightest efforts to make me happy and i just spent 4 grand there in the last 6mths
