Universaltimesharesales
Informed me that My timeshare was definitely sold, but upon investigation Iwas told that it was not

Approximately 15 days ago I received word from universal timeshare sales that they had sold my timeshare unit it the Smoky Mountains Resooort (By Windham) which I was told that this was a definite sales. I trusted them with a partisl deposit which the agreed too. I was the contacted by their office with notified that the closing process was started. I have since then been trying to an answer as to the progress on this sale only to find that it has NOT been sold and the sale representative has not responded to my calls and E-Mails. Whw I call their phone number I get a different person with a different story I don't know if youu can help me, but at any rate maybe you can save somone else from making the same mistake
