Timeshare sales Company is misleading and does not stand by their agreement

I was contacted by this company and told that they could sale my timeshare for me. I was also told that they guaranteed sale of my timeshare and if it was not sold 6 months from the time that I had signed with them that I would get a full refund.
Well 6 months have passed and I tried contacting them through e-mail and phone, they have not returned my e-mails or phone calls. I can not believe that a company is allowed to do this to someone.
