Ecently, i have change my account from netspend to upside card for my direct deposit, i have a little problem with netspend and figure to switch to another account, normally, i get paid every 3rd of the month but netspend put the money on my account every 1st of the month. I did'nt know upsidecard don't that and wait till the actual date of payday, trying to find out about this transaction, i call there number did'nt know i will be charge $2.99 a call just to speak to anybody at the customer service, because i made several calls i now owe $7.99, is'nt that supposed to be to much charge for every customer to handle?
