I have attempted to use this plan and cannot get an answer from the company. You only get an answering service with no return calls.
At this point, between the time frame of Sept. 8 and Sept. 16, 11 messages to the answering service and 10 emails have been sent requesting service.
Absolutely no response from the company in any way.
I have requested a refund and of course there is no response.*
