For immediate shipment send check or money order payable to DMI and return this notice in the marked envelope provided. No tel# or email address given.
I immediately went to your site, and found others who had received the same notice, altho with different prices for merchandise and handling services.
I have not ordered nor expected any mail of this sort, and consider this to be highly suspicious, especially after reading other reports made to your company as well as others.
