Purchased bedroom set in june 30 had to have the mattress and foundation replaced 6months after purchased and three years later had the same problem. Manufacture will replace 3times in the 15 year warranty. But has to be done through the store where purchased. Contacted moore furniture in september of talked to john he told me that they had several customers having the same problem, said it should be no longer than 1month to get replaced it is now 3months later and still getting runaround. Leaving messages and noone even returns calls still to this day of feb/26.
