I bought a 8 piece bedroom set on December 4 for $3,900.00 dollors paid in full including insurance. The store has a 1 year warranty and i purchased a 5 year warranty. The furniture was delivered on December 20 damaged. The chest was completely broken and i told the delivery guy that he had to take it back to the store because i did not want to keep it like that. He refused. I called the manager the same day and he said that he would take care of it. I told him that the furniture was all cracked and needed to be replaced. His reponse was i am not going to take back all it needs is a little glue. After going back and forth with the store owner (DANNY) i knew he was just buying time. It has been 2 months and i still have not heard anything from him. I feel ripped off and taken advantage of. Dont let that happen to you.
