I went into Extra Space Storage in Arlington and was greeted very kindly by Tonnita Owens. I was opening an account for my job and had to put in a bunch of company info and she handled it very professionally, showed me around joked with me. She made me feel very comfortable and I actually enjoyed talking with her, and the business at hand went very smoothly as well. I was pleasantly surprised by the great customer service.
