We have been paying for the full pkg. Since Oct. 2010 when e went from seasonal back to full. But we stillave no working phone and have not since 10/10."But oh yes we are stil charged for it!!! I calle several times went through shutting off, unplugging, restarting, een went to the office in Oswego the lady said yes i can see the phone hasnt been used it i what wecall sleeing. Sh asur me t wa se and wuldbe oking by the time I got home which is 45 minutes away! You guessed still didnt work I called from a cell phone on hold over 1/2 hour: (went through all the same crap again, still didnt work! Calld again the same hold crap 3 people later and I was told someone would be out that Friday in A 5 hour window! I was here all day I did not leave!!! But when my husband came home from work there was a tag on the door!!! We are still without a phone! And I refuse to deal with your customer
sevice people any more! Your hold time is as bad as your customer service!!!
Our cabel now is just saying LOADING. If this s not resolved very soon I will contact an attorney and The BBB and BBC! This crap happened last year too!!
