I bought an Ebel view from RueLaLa for $1099.00. They promoted the view to be supported from the company's guarantee. The view included a guarantee card from Ebel. The view quit operating after 3 months, and that I got it to an Ebel seller who delivered it to Ebel to become fixed along side my bill and also the guarantee card. Ebel wouldn't support the watch simply because they stated that RueLaLa and also the organization that supplied the watch for them (Coalition Period) wasn't approved to market the view. I talked with numerous administrators (Kyle, Linda, and Brittany) who assured me they were approved to market the view. Kyle explained the view could be reapired by Ebel easily delivered it set for support. I shipped it in, also it was fixed with a 3rd party service-center in NY... NOT Ebel. I required that RueLaLa possibly function it out to truly have the view maintained by Ebel or I would like to return it because the item wasn't as advertised.
