I ordered a watch off of your website. I had set up the address and had printed off my own copy and knew I had done everything correctly. After waiting for the day of arrival to hit, the watch did not come. I called UPS to find out where it was and apparently the numbers of the address somehow got inverted. The package was being sent back to your warehouse. After calling RueLaLa I was told that I WOULD NOT be receiving the watch and now I would only be receiving a credit to my RueLaLa account. I asked to speak to a manager "Jamicka" who then told me I would receive the money back on my credit card since in fact I did not return the watch but would just not be allowed to receive the watch. I think this is rather an unfair practice to say the least.
