The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco is running an "Ambush Owner Scam." It approves the no notice taking of real property owned by unsued owners.
It approves the Eastern District Court's refusal to record or process the appeals of title owners who are subject to Judge Robert Bardwil of the Bankruptcy Court just ordering real property taken without any notice given to the owners and no rights given to them to appear and defend their property. It is a dictatorship confiscating our citizens' property with no court access and no notice. It is a scam run to cover up Judge Jay Bybee's incompetence as a judge.
