Lee county judge John Carlin, is ripping off people by his rocket rocket process of dismissing foreclosure cases. He does not want to hear valid arguements about how the bank has stolen deposit money or escrowed too much money, or used Fraud to procure a loan. He asks two quick questions and allows the bank to sell your home.
Now me on the other hand, have lived in my home for 2 years without paying a mortgage, and am suing Wells Fargo and GMAC.
Yesterday GMAC sent a letter to me stating they "overcharged" me and are going to refund $7,000 from an escrow account. The Fl. Supreme Court has accepted jurisdiction and will be monitoring my complaint that is in the lower and Appeals COurt. You should talk to me. I have lots of integrated knowledge about this financial mess and how to deal with it.
