I too got cd in mail and was not able to read anything until I put in CC#. I was not aware of monthly fee as it was hidden and did not notice it for 4 months. I thought i was paying a one time fee to open account. Customer service took 12 minutes to answer, then sent me to another person which took another rep after 9 minutes on hold who finally canceled my account but could not refund any money. They sent me to another rep and 10 min on hold. All 3 tried to convince me I needed the service. The third rep finally agreed to a partial refund which I was happy to have gotten at least something.
