Babytobee BabytoBee not only ripoff to consumers but to employees as well

I urge anyone, former employee, current employees and consumers to file a report with the ftc to get this place shut down once and for all. First, go to the website www.contactcentersofamerica.com and read how they are "bringing jobs back to america" — then do some research and you will find out the company is owned by one apparently very greedy man. I do not know if any of you recall the first sentance of the Babytobee script but it states Babytobee is a publicallly traded company and for the protection of its consumers and shareholders, this call may be monitered for quality assurance. What share holders? Contact Centers of America is trying to deny me wages for a full training day on Jan 31st where I was there from 9am to at least 4:45pm claiming I was aware that they did not pay you for training if you resigned or were terminated before a full two weeks (in my case would have been Feb 14) After training, I was scheduled for 4 seperate 4 hour shifts (we were also told we would have a month to adjust to the position) They termd me on Feb 10 claiming I had full knowledge of no pay for training - the funniest part of the email from the so called HR person in Clearwater is that she stated per attachment but did not attach anything and over "we adhere to wage and hour", she copied that from somewhere because if you hover over it it gives you two cAses in Nevada. I called there corporate office in Orlando and while the Hr person there, Ms Thompson allowed me sto speak w/o interuption, she stated would have to sw the clearwater rep, Ms Franco and she would call me - needless to say, it is now 5:23 and I have not been contacted - I advised her if this was not taken care of, I would file for wrongful termination as you can not judge the performance of a newly hired employe withing a 16 hr time frame consisting of 4 hr shifts where half of them were trying to find a working computer and getting them to spell my name correctly. They also have never heard of the FSLA lawsuit for wages you feel you should have been paid for (which includes training) nor are they aware of liquidated damages that can also be filed.

The lst several weeks, I have dealt with some unscrupulous telemarketing firms while seeking employment but this is the worst. Why on earth is a mom calling for baby items, out of the blue asked about sending her info for a trip to New Orleans and Colorado, why is she being pitched for US magazine, Freeshipping.com, does anyone she know have diabetes or chronic fatigue? At least my first two days, I was getting excited near the end of it all if I made it that far, as most everyone has no objections to free JC Penney coupons... But as I read alll the comments in google, none of the moms got anything - and unless they have a very smart baby, I don't think they want to start subscribing to Dr Seuss book club or Disney movie Club. Please, consumers and potential employees, stay away from here.
