On June 21 this year, I purhased a portable oxygen concentrator (Inogen One) from this company. This was supposed to provide supplemental oxygen to allow me to exert myself, i.E. Go for walks, shop, stay fit. The machine did not seem to help. Finally, I called the manufacturer. They advised me the machine had a self-test feature. The test showed the machine to be defective. I was advised to contact the distributor and get instructions to obtain repair or replacement. The machine has a three year manuufacturer's warranty.
I have contacted Ultranebs repeatedly by phone and fax, and have gotten nothing but a run around. Meanwhile, I am stuck in the house with a devective machine, for which I paid over $3000.00. As a senior citizen, I cannot afford to repeat this purchase.
