My family we have lived in colorado for the last four years. I got away from an abusive monster that was on probation in wilson county tx. I was safe so were my girls ages at the time 8,12, 5 months. So I thought Kevin lee harris now married to Hazel Calez has physically, sexually, and emotionally abused my girls and my self. I had lived in co six months when he found us his wife the only one of them who has the money filed in tx for full custody of the baby. This man let me tell you has an exsensive criminal recored lost 3 kids to cps in california and is a all around mass minipulater. After his atty james mitchel sent papers after papers of things he said were signed by a judge for joint custody which i fought against because he is a monster and I NEVER LIVED IN TEXAS iwas there for a brief 3 and a half months { kevin tricked us into going to visit his sister she was ill] and would not let us leave had us in sutherland springs any one one who lives there knows it is in BFE.
So i will make a long story short a BEXAR CO JUDGE gave this guy full cusody of my little girl now four with me paying a 1000 bond to see her then took child support 510900 dollers from me for back child support then we went to texas because tx refuses to let co have jurisdiction even thou it should be here. I go to texas to clear this mess up trying to explain what happend the judge B jr would not listen saying he did not care what kevin did in the past lets see what he does with this child gave him 2 unsupervised visits and ruled that i sell my house quit my job take my girls out of school AND MOVE TO TEXAS or they would give the baby to him full time. MY FOUR YEAR old only saw this guy 6 times one hour supervised visits she has no idea who he is 2 he is dangerous 3 he is a druggy so here we go an unsupervised visit the freak takes nude pics of her vagina as she says her tee tee i call cps in colorado they open a case tell me no more visits make the girls and i go to phorensic theripist all this sh* to go into court for our distric atty to say i dont want this paper load we go no futher and would not file now we are in more danger cause we told on him, now tx will find me in contempt and take her from me. I am in the biggest mess ever my lawyer says i dont agree but you must give her to kevin then we will fight it wont it be to late. How do I protect my beautiful daughter. What options do i have colorado WONT or Cant help and texas courts THEY ARE CROOKEd and dont care i need help the next time i write i do not want it to be because they hurt or even worse to her please someone anyone i am begging for help please before it is to late please BY THE WAY I STILL HAVE NEVER GIVEN HER TO HIM HE HAS ONLY SEEN HER UNSUPERVISED ONCE AS OF 0216.
