Capital one's on-line banking gives you a balance that is either not true or deceptive causing one to overdraw. Today 2/16 they say my balance and availible balance is $81.00, but I owe $201.00 They said my account had two NSF on 2/8. I went to the bank and they reversed one NFS fee on 2/10. They then sent a letter dated 2/9 saying I owe two additional NFS fees on payments that were paid on 2/8. The system is soo convoluted that you can't see what you balance is and they NFS you to death.
