I have my bill paid directly from my checking account. Since I didn't change anything with Verizon for the past two years, I didn't see a need to check the bill with a fine tooth comb! Wrong! ESBI has been charging me $29.90 for nearly two years now, without asking me, without notifying me, without my permission! They have stolen from me! I notified Verizon, and had them put a cramming block on ESBI and I will follow this through until ESBI is prosecuted and we who have lost oodles of bucks, tapped from our checking accounts (illegally) get our money back! These companies MUST BE STOPPED!
