I was behind a week on a payment. My account manager called me and left a nasty, unprofessional message that was irrelevant to Grand. She does that on a regular, as though she's a child. Emailed manager and never got a response. Do not rent from Grand, their call center reps are so ghetto. Beware!!! Beware!!! Beware!!!
