I would recommend staying away from this company (hansons of grand rapids) at all costs. "caveat emptor"
The business ethics and management are poor to say the least. The manager; juan lopez, with his "jalapenos" decal on his rear widow of his car, has no management skills what-so-ever, ethics, or integrety.
I was a former short term sales rep at the Grand Rapids location and resigned. A 30 year professional in homebuilding, construction, marketing and business development, I saw that poor ethics and no integrety are par for the course, with this office. Hansons is; in it's purest sense, mearly a sales/marketing company and a home improvement company, in a far, far, far, second position.
If you are planning home improvements from handsons of grand rapids, llc, mearly walk in to their location at 9:30 am sharp, (mon-thureat), and meet the manager before you confirm an apointment for a presentation.
