Upon requesting a rental car they asked for my visa number to secure a car for feb 13 to feb 20. I explained i was a trucker driver and hoped to be there in time to pick up the rental from salt lake city utah... At 5 pm... I called 4 days ago as i am stuck in chicago and i wouldnt be able to pick up the car, i asked if we could reschedule the date and time... They told me no they couldnt i was out all my money... When i booked the car they made no mention that a deal was a deal. Now i am out of 172.00 for this rental. All i wanted was to reschedule as i gave them plenty of time to do this... The request was no way... Sorry... To bad... I would like to have my money back or at least reschedule when i can pick up the car... Thank you
