Target lack of concern for customers

I shop at the Target, Baybrook in Friendswood, TX. It doesn't matter what time you go there morning, noon or night any day of the week out of 24 lanes they only have 2 or 3 lanes open, and never the 10 or less lanes. I understand they are trying to save on employees, but do you even care about your customers??? This was even during the holidays. I try to hold off my shopping so I can go to the Target in League City, TX it is newer and the employees are nicer and alot more helpful. They also open lanes if the lines get long.
