This person - Fred Herrmann (eBay User Name fritzherrmann) likes to buy things from people, use them, and damage them while doing so, then file claims with eBay Resolution Center to get his money back! I'm not the only one he's done this to either, check out eBay members 315dfw12 and anythinguneed789 to see how this scammer likes to operate!
This particular item was a Mint Callaway Golf driver (eBay item # 110627712590). After receiveing the item on 12/31/10 the buyer/scammer left positive feedback on 01/04. That's where the real "fun" began. He then filed a complaint and started contacting me on 01/12 claiming that the club was counterfeit and he wanted a refund. He uses threatening, incoherent, and profanity-laced emails to try to intimidate the seller into caving in to his requests. He sent numerous emails stating it would be "no problem to take the club in for Callaway to verify, as he only lives 1/2 hour away.
