I bid three jobs and completed them in a timely and efficient manner for Well's Fargo. We did a premium job for a low fee. They have spent over five months trying to pay us. We actually had to file liens against multiple properties and they are still dilly dallying about payment. Be wary of this companies policies if you are in the property preservation business. They simply don't like to pay their vendors. If I did not pay my mortgage, they would take my house. But when the shoe is on the other foot? They just are not honest to deal with.
