I have called 4 times and left messages through your message center. I have requested for someone to contact me in regards to my order. No one has contacted me! I have also sent an email to your CUSTOMER SUPPORT box! I placed an order and selected my delivery date for 2-11 and it was delivered today! I am very very disappointed in your services! No one informed me of the late delivery nor did I get an alert that it had been delivered! I have had better luck with Sam's flowers than YOURS!!!
I believe that I need to receive a credit back to my credit card account since no one informed me of the late delivery and no one has returned the phone calls. Not to mention my time and effort to make contact!!! I am not pleased and spent good money only to be 100% disappointed!!!
