Myself and a co-worker went to South Dallas Cafe for lunch. We ordered the steak and two sides which was the lunch special. After arriving back to the office, we realized the steak was not done. We took the steak back and requested a refund from the manager. We actually tried to show him the steak was undone. He advised us that he had a no refund policy so we asked to get another steak but before leaving we wanted to see was it done. He replied, " we are not going to mess over his food". The manager refused to give us anything else. My co-worker decided she would take her lose and never return here again. I told him I would take hers. Before leaving I threw the food in the trash because it was uncooked to. The manager then called me stupid and curse me out. This not only was bad customer service but the food was uncooked.
