You failed to speak the truth in advising us of the progress of our order. It was not processed for one week (2-3 days promised), it did not ship when stated in the email (add 5 days to the date of the email sent), you scheduled deliveries that you knew you could not make, then canceled as the date approached (happened twice, and yet you thought you would reschedule for a date 5 days future), your shipping company would fail to confirm where the shipment was. Your entire process was a hoax. You say "We are always ready to serve you the 'Professional' way." Nothing is to be believed - they err in their speaking.
