This company misrepresented over and over where we were in the process of the order and delivery of appliances. They agree to shipping by a certain date, but do not do it. They schedule a delivery date to make you think they are making progress, and then cancel the date. This happened twice. They completely ignore all of the verbal promises. They send emails that say one thing, but the shipping manifest says something else.in attempting to receive our order, we made over 30 phone calls - all to no avail. I would advise to NEVER order anything of significance with this company.
