They charged me $1 more and now charged me $9.95 for a book I did not order

I ordered 3 books, Radical, by David Platt. They were shipped to me and I paid for therm with my ViSA credit card on line.

I was also charged $1.00.

Now I noticed that I am charged $9.95 for a book I did not order nor received.
