Vesta used my debit card info from previous transaction without my permission

Vesta AT T Portland ORUS used my debit card info from previous transaction adding minutes to cell phone for my daughter the previous month and deducted $106.50 from my febit card causing my next 3 transactions to bounce and i was charged $29.00 each for all 4 transactions.
