AT&T Prepaid Vesta Debited bank account

AT&T Prepaid Vesta Corp. Debited my bank account for $100 for a prepaid cell phone that I did not authorize, then charged an additional $1.50 for an ATM where they claim the transaction took place. (atm #025904). I have no idea how they gained access to my account, as I shred all receipts and do not use my ATM card for any internet transactions. I have not lost my card nor has it been stolen.
