Unknown person got ahold of my check card charged items for two days

On jan. L3th I called my bank wells fargo to check on my checking account going thru my account I found charges I had not made I filed a fraud report with the bank Icalled the bank again on Jan. 15th and found other charges I filed another fraud report they told me I should file a report with the police
