Fine Lions has defaulted on their guarantees to provide customer care and guaranteed work to this customer. Thy have done work for us and have then convinced us to pay an additional fee to maintain the outdoor painting work they did on our garage doors. They refuse to respond to our emails, phone calls and additional pleas for support for the past few months as we notified them of the poor quality of their work and the deterioration of our garage doors since they did maintenance on our doors less than 6 months ago.
Not sure why they would choose to tarnish their reputation as opposed to correcting the work they performed. I believe the mainteanance program is a scam and that their product CAUSED the original work to deteriorate.
