Complaint / Review
Infinite Mind LLC
Agreed to a 30 day trial., voided agreement

This company agreed to a 30 day trial period. I tried to call back for a return order number and was not provided with one. I sent an email to a Chris Wardle explaining that if I do not receive a return order number that I would report them to the BBB. Immediately I received a phone call from Chuck Vaughn and he pretended like he didn't remember our agreement. Supposedly, the company changed their policy from a 30day trial period to a 90day performance guarantee around the time of our agreement but he did not explain that to me. He voided our verbal agreement and without my authorization, the company charged my visa 133.32. There product is a scam and its designed for you to appear as if your reading speed has doubled but it does not. You just learn reading techniques that enable you to scan information quicker but that doesn't mean that you'll retain what you've read. There's so many products that cost way less than this product that will train the eye muscles just as effectively. I hope that there is a class action lawsuit on these b*tards.
