On Dec. 7, I answered an ad for Colon Cure. Lose 20 pounds overnight is what the email said. The ad said it would give me a trial offer. 14 days at $3.95. Cancel within that time and nothing more would be sent or charged. This was my understanding of the agreement.
I was charged the $3.95 on Dec. 7. However, I didn't received the product until the day before my trial period was up. The next day my credit card was charged $97.31 instead of the $87.31 that was stated in the agreement. I then tried to call the toll free number that was on the side of the bottle 1-801-208-7485. Every time I called the recording said "I'm sorry your call could not go through please try your call again". I've been trying this number every day since Dec. 21 and still have not been able to get thru. Can someone please help. I got ripped off more than I should have been. I cannot afford $97.31 every month and I cannot get thru to the company to cancel.
