Christopher Pearce, owner of MIG MEDIA and Joseph Maseratti, owner of MEDIAONE offer large sums of bogus media to potential clients. They will offer up to $60 million dollars of prepaid media to be placed on a company balance sheet as an asset to help the company obtain financing or to go public. When the company finds out that the media is non-existant - they are caught in a potential fraud situation. Pearce and Maseratti will demand their stock in the company and a 15% cash agency fee for bring the "prepaid media" to the company. The company cannot activate the prepaid media because it does not exist. They are in a no-win situation because Pearce and Maseratti can report them for placing a false asset on their financials. The companies who have been ripped off by Pearce and Maseratti are Anglo-Biotran, Adorian, Transdermal Sciences, Transdermal Cosmetics, Entrederm, Nations Health, Smart Health. Do not be mislead by these two men - they present themselves as knowledgable media buyers who are con artists.
