Joe Maseratti (of Ft. Lauderdale, Fl) and Christopher Pearce (of Boca Raton Florida) have been committing fraud through bogus media buys since 2006 under various names including but not limited to: Magnus Media, Major Media One, MIG, Adorian, Entrederm, Anglo-Biotran and many other names. They use a front man to keep the companies clean by the name of Stewart Okun. The scam is they present themselves as owners of major network media in 30 second, 2 minute and 30 minute formats. They are willing to see this non-existant media at a highly discounted rate or trade it for stock in a company - they put up enough non-existant media to act as an asset for a company who is going public as an asset on their books.in the case of Anglo-Biotran the total buy scam was $60 million - Christopher Pearce as a major officer in Anglo Biotran signed a contract with Joe Maseratti stating he knew the media would never be used but Maseratti would receive his stock regardless - to date Maseratti has been paid in excess of $2 million dollars from Anglo Biotran alone. Christopher Pearce and his wife Luda have received the same amount. Maserattti and Perace recently committed fraud again by using media from Bosch and never paying for it but taking the money from the investor. Maseratti just finished a 6 month jail sentence for counterfeiting and is currently confined to house arrest with an ankle braclet. Do not buy stock in Anglo Biotran - Entrederm - National Health or any company associated with Maseratti and Pearce. Listed below is contact information on all parties who participate in this scam.
